Cancellation by Castletown Golf Links Limited

We reserve the right to cancel or amend any reservation if:

• Castletown Golf Links, or any part of it, is closed due to fire, natural disaster, employee dispute, alteration, demolition, and decoration or by order of any public authority.
• The Client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.
• The Client is more than 30 days in arrears with any payment due to the Castletown Golf Links.
• The reservation is potentially detrimental to the reputation of Castletown Golf Links.
• Inclement weather prevents the playing of golf. In this event the Golf Director will refund any deposit made in respect of golf, but will have no further liability to the Client.
