GUIDELINES TO HOLDING A WEDDING RECEPTION AT
THE CASTLETOWN GOLF LINKS HOTEL

• We do not charge for the hire of the function room when a main meal is ordered and consumed.
   
• The menus shown on this site are guidelines only and we are always pleased to discuss any individual requirements you may have.
   
• Please note that it is not practical to offer a choice of menu for over 40 people. A buffet with carvery will be provided for numbers over 40.
   
• Individual dietary and vegetarian requirements can be catered for, and must be advised at least three days in advance.
   
• Smaller parties will be asked to select from a range of starters, main courses and desserts prior to the function. A single multi-course menu will then be offered. We can also discuss more elaborate menu requirements.
   
• We are in the business of serving alcohol, so please do not ask us to serve your own liquor as we have a no corkage policy. We will be happy to procure your favourite wine if it is not on our wine list given enough notice.
   
• Any indication that there is under-age drinking involved at a private function will result in the function being terminated immediately. Likewise if there is any unruly behaviour.
   
• If you require us to provide a disco or band, please give us plenty of notice, as at busy times these may be scarce.
   
• Enjoy your function – our banqueting office is here to help you through the planning of your event.
   
• Upon acceptance of your function, the hotel will require a non-refundable deposit of £500.00 to guarantee the booking for the room requested.
